Minnesota Launches an Incentive Program to Vaccinate Kids
Minnesotans, age 12-17, have a chance to win a scholarship as part of an incentive program from the State of Minnesota. Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz launched the program, dubbed, “Kids Deserve a Shot” on Monday, October 18, 2021.
The incentive program has two types of rewards to get 12-17 years old kids fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Kulan Center is urging parents to register their children, age 12-17, for a chance to secure an academic scholarship worthy $100,000.
Additionally, there is a $200 Visa gift card for any kid who registers and completes their two vaccine doses between October 18 and November 30 of this year.
Parents can register their child by visiting this Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) page, “Kids Deserve a Shot!”.
